We all may as well resign ourswlves to the fact that the government is not going to extend cobra. Why should they when January 1st be selling health insurance of their own. Why should they ley people buy insurance somewhere else since they will be selling it. My wife spent hours on the phone to find out what the plan is about. Her and mine premiums will be approx 1100 a month. The deductible will be 2500. After that there is coinsurance of 30% to us. No cap! To some it up for people who ubderstand it. You will pay 100% of doctors visits, prescriptions, test, emrgency room, and any surgerys until you have paid 2500 dollars. You will then pay 30% of everything after that. So forinstance if you went to the emergency room Jamuary 1st for a kidney stone attack and they ended up keeping you there and operating on you and dimessed you four days later. If the bill was 30,000 dollars which is quite possible you would pay the first 2500 plus 30% of the remaining 27,500 for a total out of pocket of 10,750! Plus of course your monthly premium of 1100.00. Without congress passing the cobra extension I believe their will be sharp increase in bankrupcy filings due to medical bills.

Thanks for posting about this, Steven. I am looking forward to the conversation. I currently work with college students, and they often request my help not just for finding library materials and searching databases, but also for searching the web.

If the course/s are as you describe, I think that a reference course would be beneficial to almost all librarians. It/they would highlight how information is organized, accessed, used, etc., knowledge of which cannot be a detriment to any information professional. Whether or not to require it, not so sure.

The reference class I took (not required) was of a more traditional bend, and honestly, I think I got much out of it. I would have been happier if we had been required to work at an actual reference desk. I am definitely a hands-on learner, and I need real situations to be able to completely process anything I read or discuss.

I would thing that Straightline could be a high risk operation though when it comes to credits being accepted by colleges and schools. At some time there is a check on content. Without a competency based test to verify learning, acceptance of the degree will be at risk. Some of my faculty had degrees from Parkwood University. They received materials, did work and got grades. The interesting thing was that there were no physical facilities to be found. It was cheap, however those faculty members had to in verifiable graduate and post-graduate courses not only to achieve competencies, but also credibility.

i really think that the fashion industry should standardize sizing. kind of ridiculous that i can be a size 16 in most jeans (target, most but a size 18 or 20 in others (the gap)! and forget about wedding dresses.. trying on a size 22 did NOTHING for my self esteem!
the new trend in plus size clothing of changing sizes 14, 16, 18 etc. to 1, 2, 3 etc. MIGHT be a step in that direction for plus size clothing. i know target and both have this new sizing.
on the other hand, i think just another way of feeding into vanity! yes, a size 2, the FAT size 2! and i mind saying fat because anywhere from a size 16 to 22 so allowed.

The real meaning of love is that He deals with those who do good in the manner of a lover towards the beloved.], Allah loves those who do good, and Allah loves those who are patient. But the Quran does not state anywhere that God also loves those who love disbelief, evil and cruelty. Instead, the Quran puts forward the concept of having conferred a favour on them. For instance, the Quran says: "And We have not sent thee but as a mercy to the whole world" (21:107), where the word (whole world) includes disbelievers, transgressors and sinners. Mercy for them is the holding open of the doors to salvation if they follow the prescriptions of the Quran.

I make around 20k a year in a sales job and 23 in our handbook it says no piercings other then ears and there is a two hole max on that also no visable tattoos. funny because I protest a little by leaving in my nose ring and tongue ring but the second the DM comes in rushing to pull out the nose ring so he see it because I will be fired, got multiple warnings. Boo work

just assuming about employment, I am going to teach kindergarden in the future, I wonder if there is any info about hiring in teachers with tattoos, never had a teacher with one…

it is hard to say. if you have not given your reference in your job application, and she didnt ask for it during the interview, it is either that you dont make the cut, or that she will ask for it if you go to the 2nd interview. in u may or may not done well in this interview.

My job is in health care (ambulance), and never had a problem. My uniform covers most of my tats (for now) but I do have visible piercings.

I make way more than 15k/year, and still at the low end of the payscale!

tried products by this brand before, but not the ones you specify. Pretty much with any brand you need to whether it targets your specific concerns, and whether your skin type is ideal for the products. Often only 1-2 treatment products at a time is best, sometimes they counteract each other and cause irritation if you use too many. try no more than 1-2 new products at a time. The brand is great, though. Just give the product(s) some time to work, nothing happens overnight.

Your program is buggy and your code needs to be reviewed:

anyway, back to your question, the linker cannot build your program because you are trying to create a windows application, instead of just a console win32 dos program.

Try to do inside your visual studio: File > Project > and choose "Win32 Console Application" > application settings > Empty Project

then right click the "source file" folder on the left column and add main.cpp then copy paste your code. compile and link, and it will have no linker error. But there are bugs in your code.
